Meet Ali Cohen

Ali Cohen is a DONA International certified birth doula who supports families who want or need to have a hospital birth in Knoxville, TN. She also teaches Prep4Partner™ with 4th Trimester Fitness® Method and offers prenatal yoga as a RYT200.

Ali learned firsthand the positive impact of having a doula in her own labor and delivery experience with her daughter and is passionate about helping families have empowered and fulfilling journeys of welcoming their babies into the world. 

As a doula, Ali supports birthing parents and their chosen support people as another member of the birthing team. She advocates for the labor and delivery experience you desire while providing information and support to help it happen. Ali can comfortably talk with providers and remain calm in intense situations, so you can focus on what’s most important: you and your baby. 

• I support pregnant people who want or need to birth their babies at hospitals in Knoxville. If you’d prefer to deliver at home or a birthing center, I’m happy to make an introduction to another fabulous local doula.
• I believe all families and support systems are unique and I’m here to work with whatever yours looks like!
• I want to support you through medicated, unmedicated, vaginal and belly births; spontaneous labors and inductions; singletons, multiples, first, middle and last babies; low-risk and high-risk pregnancies.
• Only you can define what your ideal birth is. I’m honored to help you prepare for the goal of achieving that, while navigating whatever your labor and birth brings.
